During working days you can expect a response within 24 hours of your original e-mail, but in most cases we are faster. E-mails that we receive late afternoon our time on Fridays or on the weekend will mostly be answered on Saturday or latest on Monday. Should your choice not be available we will suggest a suitable alternative.
