Dive Centre
The dive centre offers up to five trips daily and dive courses in different languages. It owns two outrigger boats (12 meters (36 ft), maximum of eight divers). All boats are well equipped with emergency kits, oxygen and radio. Hire gear for 20 divers is available; tanks are aluminium with INT and DIN connectors. Three Bauer compressors and a Nitrox filling station are making sure you get good air!
Trimix and Rebreather diving (Dräger Dolphin and Buddy Inspiration) can be arranged.
Dive Operation
The dive sites are within 5 to 60 minutes of the resort. The dives are accompanied by very knowledgeable local Filipino dive guides or European instructors. Individual buddy diving is also possible for experienced divers. Day trips to Verde Island are offered subject to weather conditions.
Dive Sites
The diving is very diverse. There is everything from a basic dive to dives in strong currents. The reefs are well protected by the local dive schools. Coral and fish life are recovering very well from earlier abuse by dynamite fishing and give a very good idea of the biodiversity of Philippine's marine life. Highlights are the dive sites around Verde Island with beautifully overgrown cliffs, good fish life and strong currents, The Canyons, also with strong currents, great coral growth and an abundance of fish. Nudibranch City has an incredible variety of sea slugs and the Sabang Bay is a great place for macro photography with pygmy seahorses, frog fish, nudibranches, scorpion fish and much more. Diving is possible all year round with good visibility most of the time and moderate currents.
