Atmosphere Resort is located on the south-eastern tip of Negros, near Dumaguete. The resort is managed by English owners and was built on a former coconut plantation and is located directly on the beach opposite Apo Island.
Transfers to the resort are available from Dumaguete or Cebu. The transfer from Dumaguete Airport to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes by car. The transfer from Cebu airport starts with a trip to the southern tip of Cebu which takes approximately 3 hours by minibus, followed by a short ferry to Negros (20 min) and a further transfer (approx. 30 minutes) to the hotel by car. There are also early morning express ferries from Cebu to Dumaguete.
Facilities
The resort has 20 comfortable rooms. Guests have the option of choosing from a number of suites, apartments and penthouses. All rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning, a flat screen TV, minibar, a safe, and a private bathroom with modern appliances. Each room has its own terrace or balcony, some offering a private garden. You can choose between a large double bed or two single beds. Large double beds or 2 single beds can be requested.
The 8 comfortable suites (75 sqm) are located in 4 semi-detached houses in the front area of the resort. To the rear of the resort are an additional 4 houses, each containing 2 apartments and a penthouse. The apartments are approximately 105 square meters and have a separate living and sleeping area with a small kitchen. The 200 square meter penthouses have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, an extra living area and a large kitchen and large balcony.
The resort is located in a tropical garden. The Blue Restaurant is located directly on the beachfront and offers guests a magnificent view of the sea. The chef has previously worked in major hotels and offers patrons a high standard of international and Asian cuisine. There is a large pool with sea views and plenty of chairs sun deck chairs including a pool bar. Cocktails and snacks can be purchased at the pool bar. The pool area is also the meeting place for divers.
The resort has a signature spa with natural local and international treatment lines. They also offer regular yoga classes. A small souvenir shop is on site and land tours can be booked at reception.

Atmosphere Resort has stable mobile phone reception. Prepaid local Sim cards are available. All rooms and common areas have free wireless internet access for guests. The resort provides access to a public computer on request.
