Simon first qualified as a BSAC diver under Swanage Pier before the invention of things like occys and BCDs! Now a PADI Rescue Diver, Simon has dived the usual hotspots around our region and is always seeking out new places to dive both in Australia and throughout Asia-Pacific. An eco-warrior and video enthusiast, Simon has a keen eye for the sustainability of dive centres and liveaboards.

Deb’s relatively new to diving, having gained her PADI Advanced certification just six years ago. But in that time she has logged over 400 dives locally around Australia and overseas. Her favourite dive site so far is Perpendicular Wall on Christmas Island.
Deb has over 25 years’ experience in the world of travel publishing, working on titles such as Australian Geographic, DMAG, Holidays With Kids and Cruise Passenger.

Bettina got her PADI Open Water certification when first travelling to Australia in 1993. For the past 20 years, she calls Cairns and Australia home. She is passionate about diving and travel and has explored many of our featured destinations. Among her favourite dive spots are Indonesia, PNG, Palau, Fiji and the Solomons. Bettina has over 27 years experience in the travel industry, from her humble beginnings at Frankfurt Rhine/Main Airport to selling dive travel to remote and pristine destinations around the world.
