Alona Vida Beach Resort is located in the center of the white sandy Alona Beach. It is situated on Panglao Island, which is very popular with tourists. There are several hotels, restaurants and small shops along the beach. Alona Beach is reached from Tagbilaran on Bohol Island via a bridge in about 20 minutes by car. Speed boats connect Bohol with daily trips from Cebu (about two hours).
Accommodation
This small resort features only 8 deluxe rooms. The rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning, TV and mini-bar. All rooms have private bathroom with hot & cold water.
Facilities
The hotel and restaurant are managed by Swiss owners. Activities at the bar and restaurant can go till late at night, so be prepared to sleep with closed windows if you don't join the party.
The resort features its own swimming pool for house guests. Sea Explorers have a very well equipped dive centre on the premises.
Staying Connected
Alona Vida Beach Resort has stable mobile phone reception. Prepaid local Sim cards are available. Common areas have wireless internet access for guests. There is also an internet cafe near the beach.
