You do your pool and theory training in your home country, prior arriving in Cairns. Bring a referral letter from your instructor, arrive in Cairns and start your 3 day/2 night liveaboard trip to the reef where you get your 4 training dives and 5 more dives after you are certified.
PADI Open Water Referral courses in English commence daily except Tuesdays.
PADI Open Water Referral courses in German commence every Thursday and Sunday.

This is the next course after your completion of the PADI Open Water course. The advance course is done on board of your 3 day/2 night liveaboard trip to the reef where you get your 4 advance training dives and 5 more dives.
PADI Advanced Courses in English commence daily except Tuesdays.
PADI Advance Courses in German commence on Thursdays and Sundays.

Enriched Air (also known as Nitrox) is a Nitrogen/Oxygen mix that has a greater percentage of Oxygen and a lesser percentage of Nitrogen in it than normal air which means safer diving and potentially longer bottom times due to reduced nitrogen absorption. Enriched Air diving is ideal when doing multiple dives over multiple days like on our 3 day dive trip.

This course is run in conjunction with our 3 day 2 night dive trip and consists of some theory and 2 training dives so it can all be easily completed onboard as there are no formal classroom sessions involved with this course.

The theory involved requires you to read first the PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Course manual and answer the relevant knowledge reviews before completing the two training dives. You will have plenty of free time to complete your knowledge reviews on the initial trip out to the reef.
