Palau has warm water and tropical air temperature all year round. Diving is excellent 24/7, however in Aug-Nov winds are a bit stronger which makes some exposed dive sites harder to access. Prime time is Mid Dec - Mid April. However, you probably also want to check the reef action in certain months of the year to time your visit:
